If your organization has not yet taken the survey collecting the number of employees by state, we urge you to do so now! Your participation only takes a few minutes and could be crucial to the fight to protect Section 106.
ACRA is aiming to provide is the most current numbers of employees in CRM (including support staff) per state to show the number of jobs that could be affected by the proposed changes. We will be sharing the results publicly, which can then be used in your comments on the Federal Register, media outreach, conversations with legislators, and more.
We are asking that both members and non-members alike add the numbers from their firms to strengthen the fight and protect Section 106. All you will need is a basic count of the number of employees working for your organization on June 1, 2026 based in the states you operate. Only total numbers of all submissions per state will be shared publicly. In order to ensure we are not counting duplicates, this survey is meant to be completed once per organization.
