Under the auspices of the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 25-65, Preparing Successful No-Effect and No-Adverse Effect Section 106 Determinations: A Handbook for Transportation Cultural Resource Practitioners, a nationwide survey is being conducted. The survey (click on link below) is the first step in the project and is designed to understand the current state of practice concerning agency approaches to the Section 106 process and the experiences of consulting parties in the Section 106 review process.
