2023 marks the return of ACRA’s Salary and Benefits Study, which looks at wages and benefits across the CRM industry. This survey is conducted every 4 years, and with the changes in the labor market over the past few years, the results from this study are more important than ever. While sponsored by ACRA, the 2023 study will be administered by an independent research firm, Vernon Research Group. This ensures that your data will remain confidential and allows ACRA to provide an unbiased look at the current state of salaries, wages, and benefits in the CRM industry.
Many of you may have received an invitation to participate in the survey yesterday. It is important that as many firms as possible, both members and non-members alike, participate to get a wide snapshot of the industry across the nation.
