Thank you to the members that attended yesterday’s Hot Topic on artificial intelligence and company policies! It was a great discussion that touched on both development of policies and how to incorporate ethics. In the session, moderator Mason Miller shared some currently existing resources for organizations looking for develop at policy, and we wanted to share those for the larger ACRA audience:
- National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST; part of US Dept. of Commerce) Artificial Intelligence
- Specifically, refer to NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) Playbook
- U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – AI and Agorithmic Fairness Initiative
- Mostly focused on bias and fairness in the use of AI in employment selection, etc.
- National Artificial Intelligence Initiative Office and National AI Advisory Committee Reports
ACRA may be putting out additional resources specifically for CRM firms in the near future.
