Regulatory Information
ACRA members interface with government at a number of levels, including departments or agencies that: regulate business for the benefit of employer and employee; create the federal regulations and guidelines under which the CRM industry operates; provide project opportunities to CRM companies; and maintain historical and documentary information for research purposes.
