ACRA has submitted written testimony to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee in advance of its hearing today on Section 106 of NHPA.
In the testimony, ACRA calls Section 106 “an American success story, balancing the commitment to build the infrastructure our country needs in order to prosper with the imperative to preserve the properties that tell our nation’s story.” The testimony also provides recommendations to make the process more effective and efficient.
