The registration for organizations wishing to participate in the 2026 CRM Expo is now open!

The Expo will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. as part of the Society for American Archaeology (SAA) Annual Meeting in San Francisco.

The fee for a company to participate is $250. As like last year, registration is being completed through ACRA’s system, meaning that we can better assist in the event of technical issues. Immediate payment via credit card is preferred. This registration is for organizations who want to register for a table to exhibit at the Expo. Registration is not required for individuals who want to attend the event to visit exhibiting organizations.

Note that the CRM Expo fee does not include registration for individuals from your company/organization who are attending the meeting. Registration to attend the SAA meeting is through SAA and must be made directly through them or onsite. Also note that the CRM Expo is separate from being an exhibitor in the SAA Exhibit Hall. Check the SAA website for more information on registering for the annual meeting.
