ACRA’s internship page has a new look!
In order to better serve both member firms and prospective interns, the listings on the internship page now include:
- Degree levels
- Disciplines
- Locations
- Internship length
- Compensation details
- Requirements
- How to apply
- Points of contact
By having the list of firms offering internships up year-round, students will be able to better plan where there may be opportunities rather than only becoming aware of them during a short application time. Firms will be able to have contact with students who may not be in their direct local area, thus increasing the pool of candidates.
Another important new feature is the ability to list and search for interests by CRM specialty! Prospective applicants can find positions in archaeology, architectural history, ethnology/ethnography, preservation planning, and much more!
The revitalized internship board will provide greater visibility to existing internship opportunities to both firms and students by having them located in one place. By doing so, ACRA hopes to increase access to opportunities for students seeking internships and provide member firms with a larger, more diverse pool of candidates. Improving access to internships means creating easier pathways to a lasting career in CRM – a benefit for both firms and job-seekers alike!
From a member firm, but don’t see your internship listed? Submit your organization’s information here. Firms must be members of ACRA to listed on the internship page.
