This 2-session series will not only focus on designing effective programs, but also on providing individuals with the skills they need to be successful mentors. Organizations with existing mentoring programs and those looking to start one will both find these sessions beneficial.
- Thursday, February 27: Designing a Mentoring Community/Program For Your Firm This session will focus on establishing a successful mentoring program for your organization and/or improving existing programs you may have in place.
- Thursday, March 27: Being An Effective Mentor This session will introduce mentoring as an effective tool for professional growth and equip participants with tools and strategies to be effective mentors.
Each session will be held at 2:00 pm Eastern in Google Meet.
